Shipping & Delivery
All shipping is done via Royal Mail. Our system allows you to choose the type of delivery, and whether or not you want to ensure your order. We also add a modest 50 pence handling charge to every order.
Privacy & Security
This site requires you to create an account if you want to order online. We store your contact information, but we do not store any credit card or banking information. All transactions are handled by our partner Sage Pay, and all transactions are encrypted using strong encryption. If you're not comfortable ordering online, feel free to give us a call and we'll handle your transaction over the phone.

From time to time we might want to send you an email with shop news or special offers. If you do not want to receive these emails, you can set your account preferences accordingly.

Returns & Replacements
We want you to be an Intoxica customer for a long time. If you're at all unsatisfied with your purchase, please let us know via email or phone, and we'll refund your purchase.
The easiest way to order is via this website. You'll receive email confirmation of your order, as well as email from us when it is shipped. If you're not comfortable ordering online, fell free to give us a call.

To order, simply click the Buy button on any product page. You'll be asked to sign in, so that we know you we're dealing with.

Setting up an account allows you to set your own personal preferences for the site. For example, our prices are set in British Pounds, but if you live outside the UK, you can choose to display our prices in your local currency. You can also create a wish list of records you may want to buy at a later stage. We don't share our customer information with anyone, we promise you.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions
All prices are set in British Pounds, which is what you'll be charged in. If you're not based in the UK, the actual amount you're charged will depend on the exchange rate the day of the transaction and your bank's fees. We take all major credit cards.
Viewing Orders
You can look at the status of your orders any time by logging into your account. If you have any further questions, feel free to send us an email via the Contact Us page, or to give us a call.

You may update your account information at any time - simply log in and click on the My Account link at the top left.
